In my over 20 years time in life science and diagnostic industry, I realized, through interacting with the over 3000 people working with me, that we Indians have the intelligence, the talent and the potential to be the more successful people in the world. That is why we are establishing IESR, to start which will groom young future leaders to be complete, value-driven human beings and competent professionals with a deep passion for humanity. These will be the people who will lead the world.
We are proud that IESR is synonymous with practical, industry focused education, and attracts the best students. Transform Education into Expertise – Don’t Just Build a Resume, Build Real Skills for Impact
The Institute of Eminence Science and Research (IESR) was not founded as a mere academic venture-it was born out of a national need and a deeply personal experience during one of the most challenging times in recent history: the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the face of this crisis, we witnessed firsthand the critical gaps in high-end laboratory infrastructure, genomics testing capabilities, and-most importantly-the scarcity of skilled professionals ready to step into demanding scientific roles. Even the best-equipped labs faltered under pressure, not because of lack of technology, but because of a shortage of trained human capital. The loss of key team members during high-stakes research projects only deepened our resolve to act.
It became clear: India needed a sustainable, future-ready platform to skill, upskill, and empower individuals in biotechnology, genomics, and allied sciences-not just academically, but practically and professionally.
This realization led to the creation of IESR; a mission-driven institute dedicated to bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations. Our vision is simple but powerful: to develop industry-ready professionals who can contribute meaningfully from day one, whether in research labs, healthcare innovation, or biotech enterprises.
